Cancellation policy

All products currently sold by NutritionGo are one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases.

For standard orders, cancellation is only possible while your order has not yet been fulfilled by our fulfilment partner. If you contact us before your order has been picked, packed and dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to intercept or cancel it in transit. If you no longer want the item at that point, you're still fully covered — once the parcel arrives, you can return it under our Refund Policy, which covers your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, our 30-day goodwill returns window, and how refunds are processed.

We may introduce subscription options in the future. If we do, this page will be updated in advance to explain exactly how to manage, change or cancel a subscription, pre-order or try-before-you-buy purchase before any such option goes live.
