We aim to keep things simple and fair.
Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
As a UK customer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us within this window and return the item to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Our 30-day returns window
On top of your statutory right, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns window from the date of delivery. You may return any product within 30 days for a full refund, provided the conditions below are met.
Return conditions
- Product must be unused and in its original condition
- Packaging must be intact and unopened where applicable
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be included
Who pays for return postage
- You pay the return postage if you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or it's no longer wanted. The cost to return the item will be £3.99.
- We pay the return postage if the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 5 days, to your original payment method. We'll email you to confirm once it's processed.
