SHIPPING POLICY – NUTRITION GO

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 3 working days from the date the order leaves our warehouse, depending on the delivery destination.

Nutrition Go (operated by Kudzu Trading Ltd) is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer

  • The customer being unavailable at the delivery address

  • Delays outside the control of the courier

  • Customs inspections or holds

We do not guarantee delivery at a specific time or time slot. If a delivery date or preferred time is provided, it is considered a guideline only.

Delivery times are estimates. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days, and this may affect delivery timelines.


1. Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed clearly during checkout and vary depending on your location and delivery method selected.


2. National & International Shipping

Currently, Nutrition Go operates within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Issues & Support

If you are not available at the delivery address

You must contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If you need to modify your delivery address

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If your order arrives damaged

You must contact customer support immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If you have not received your order

Please contact our customer support team so we can investigate with the courier.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We aim to keep things simple and fair.

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or faulty item), Nutrition Go will cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
